Grounds for Termination
Fio Capital / Ajay Wasserman has acknowledged they are in “financial distress” as defined in the Companies Act 71 of 2008, under Section 128(1)(f), stating an inability to compensate us for the development of this platform for the past 3 months, with no guarantees for the next 6 months.
Disposal of the Platform
Consequently, this automated investment management and tokenized debenture system is now available for acquisition by interested market parties.
